We represent clients before courts, tribunals and forums in relation to arbitration, oppression and mismanagement, mergers and demergers, amalgamations and arrangements, reduction of share capital, debt recovery matters, insolvency resolution, winding up, intellectual property disputes, and all areas of corporate litigation, public law, contractual disputes, consumer protection disputes, employment and labour disputes, dishonor of cheques, white collar crimes. We undertake arbitration arising out of contractual disputes before arbitral tribunals.
Real Estate
We conduct detailed legal due diligence and title investigations and issue title opinions for residential and commercial properties, industrial plots, and advise on real estate projects. We also undertake drafting of sale deeds, lease deeds, development agreements, etc. We represent clients before courts in relation to land and revenue matters and other real estate disputes.
